Most Bora Bora resorts offer optional meal plans — breakfast, half-board (breakfast and dinner) or full-board — rather than fully all-inclusive rates. Given how remote the island is, a half-board plan is often the smart, cost-controlling choice.

Compare half-board pricing against à la carte if you plan to explore local restaurants. Honeymoon and free-night packages booked well ahead often beat pay-as-you-go rates.
Are there true all-inclusive resorts in Bora Bora?
Honestly, almost none in the Caribbean sense. When people search for "Bora Bora all inclusive," what they usually find is a room rate plus a meal plan, or a travel package that bundles meals with flights and transfers. Unlimited drinks, à la carte dining at every restaurant and free motorized activities are rarely part of any rate on the island.
That matters because of how Bora Bora is laid out. Many of the luxury resorts sit on motu (islets) across the lagoon, so you eat most meals where you sleep unless you pay for boat shuttles. A meal plan doesn't so much save money as make your total cost predictable before you fly.
Bora Bora all-inclusive resorts and meal-plan options (open in 2026)
These are examples we found offered for 2026–2027 travel through the resorts' airline and tour-operator partners. Offers change often, so treat them as a guide to what's possible rather than a promise.
- Le Bora Bora by Pearl Resorts (Motu Tevairoa): Air Tahiti Nui packages include daily American breakfast plus a three-course dinner each night at the resort's Otemanu or Miki Miki restaurant. Drinks are extra.
- The Westin Bora Bora Resort & Spa: a 2026 package offered complimentary half board (daily breakfast and a three-course dinner) for up to two adults, plus a destination fee that covers airport boat transfers and daily boats to the main island.
- Conrad Bora Bora Nui (Motu To'opua): a 2026 promotion gave free half board, but only in Overwater Villas and higher categories, and only for bookings made within the sale window.
- The St. Regis Bora Bora: tour-operator packages pair daily breakfast with a set number of included dinners rather than dinner every night.
- InterContinental Le Moana and Maitai Polynesia: packages typically include daily breakfast, with half- or full-board plans available as an add-on. Ask for the per-person daily price before you commit.
Prices for add-on meal plans aren't published consistently, so get a written quote. Compare it with the cost of eating out using our Bora Bora restaurant guide.
Bora Bora vacation packages: what's usually included
Most packages bundle international flights, the Air Tahiti flight from Papeete, boat transfers and a night in Papeete before or after your stay. For example, Air Tahiti Nui's seven-night Tahiti, Moorea and Bora Bora package (with three overwater nights at Le Bora Bora by Pearl, breakfast daily and dinners in Bora Bora) was listed from about $5,499 per person from Los Angeles for travel November 2026 to March 2027. A Pacific Holidays package listed on Tahiti Tourisme, with four overwater nights at the St. Regis plus nights on Taha'a and Tahiti, started from about $9,399 per person for similar dates.
Read the "not included" list carefully. One 2026 Conrad package excluded a communal tax of €1.68 per person per night (ages 12 and up) and a resort fee of 1,356 XPF per room per night, both paid at the hotel.
Tips before you book a meal plan
- Check whether "half board" means dinner every night or only on certain nights, and which restaurants it covers.
- Confirm whether drinks, even water and coffee at dinner, are included. Usually they aren't.
- If you're staying on the main island near Matira, you can walk or cycle to local restaurants, so breakfast-only may be enough.
- Free half-board promotions often depend on room category and a booking deadline. Ask your agent which offers are live for your dates.
- Run the numbers in our trip cost calculator and read Is Bora Bora expensive? before you decide.
