A week in Bora Bora typically ranges from around $4,000 per couple for a beach-bungalow trip to well over $20,000 for an ultra-luxury overwater honeymoon, before international flights. Accommodation, lagoon transfers and dining are the biggest drivers.
The estimate covers your accommodation for the nights selected, your chosen meal plan, return airport transfers for each traveler, and any activities you add. International and domestic flights are not included, and all prices are typical starting rates, not quotes.
Bora Bora airport sits on its own motu, so every arrival continues by boat. Air Tahiti and Air Moana run a free shuttle boat to Vaitape for their passengers. Resort boat transfers are usually charged, often about $100–300 per person return depending on the resort and boat; ask your resort for its current price.
Choose a beach or garden bungalow over overwater, travel in May or October or in the wet season, pick a lighter meal plan and eat at Vaitape roulottes, and if you stay on the main island use the airline's free shuttle boat to Vaitape instead of a private transfer.
Yes. Because the island is remote, resort dining carries a premium. A half-board plan adds roughly $140 per person per night, while eating out at fine-dining venues can cost more. Local snack bars (roulottes) are far cheaper.
